so, berserk is pretty much the only comic series i read regularly, mainly because for some reason i have a million volumes pre-ordered?? whatever, it’s a good story. or it was. or it is. it is a good story that suffers from too much story. i’ve come to realize while reading vol. 21 that i have no idea what’s going on, not because i haven’t been paying attention, but because the last plot-critical thing that happened, happened 10 volumes ago. and i forgot what it was.
